About Co-operation Works

Established in 2016 Co-operation Works is a new concept in Co-operative Development which recognises that the needs of any particular co-operative group or organisation will differ from each other, and even within the same group over time. Co-operation Works will respond by providing or sourcing the most effective response, whether advice, consultancy, training, mentoring, or direct management. Co-operation Works was founded by Norman Rides who has thirty years experience of co-operative development in the UK and Ireland covering almost all sectors and at all stages of development. We are currently based in Dundalk, Co. Louth but work all over Ireland.
